Eligibility for Refunds

Cancellation Before Course Start Date: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date.
Cancellation After Course Start Date: No refunds will be issued if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the course start date or after the course has commenced.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Refund Processing: Our team will review your request and process it within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

Partial Attendance: No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or if you are unable to complete the course.
Digital Products: Any downloadable materials, including e-books, audio files, and PDFs, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Transfer of Enrollment: If you transfer your enrollment to another course or another participant, refunds will not be applicable.

Course Cancellation by EMMSS

In the unlikely event that EMMSS cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their enrollment to another course of equal value. We will notify you via email in case of any cancellations.
Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a medical or family emergency that prevents you from participating in the course, please contact us with appropriate documentation. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund or course credit at our discretion.
