By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll. Minors may participate with parental or guardian consent. Successful registration and payment of the course fee are required to access the course materials. Course access is granted solely to the registered participant and cannot be transferred or shared with others.

All course materials, including videos, audio files, texts, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Healthy Lifestyle NCP Hub and are protected by copyright laws. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course materials for personal development purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or update course content at any time to enhance the learning experience.

Participants may cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period. If a course is canceled by Healthy Lifestyle NCP Hub(EMMSS), participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their enrollment to another course.

Our courses are designed to promote well-being but are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants should consult a healthcare provider before starting any new wellness program. Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the course and should seek professional support if needed.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for course-related purposes. Participants must respect the confidentiality of others. Sharing personal information or experiences outside the course environment is prohibited.

Participants must engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Participants must adhere to all course guidelines and instructions provided by Healthy Lifestyle NCP Hub.
